Today’s isolators are decontaminated principally with hydrogen peroxide delivered as both a fuel or a condensing vapour depending upon the form of generator chosen. Chlorine dioxide is also utilized, but is not really that common. That's why isolators are most commonly sanitized working with hydrogen peroxide vapor (a surface disinfectant).
